Terms of Use for This Referral Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use beingcorruption.property and the referral service Beingcorruption Septic offers through it. By browsing the site, calling the number on it or sending a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What Does Beingcorruption Septic Actually Do?

Beingcorruption Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Who Are the Providers?

The providers you reach are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we encourage you to check credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

Is This Professional Advice?

No. What you read here is general information only. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, your insurer and local health department.

What Do I Agree To Do?

You agree to give accurate information when you reach out and to use the site for lawful purposes only. Please do not misuse the site, interfere with how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

How Might I Be Contacted?

When you call or submit a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing contact@beingcorruption.property.

Who Owns the Content?

The site's content and design belong to Beingcorruption Septic or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

What Are the Limits of Our Responsibility?

As far as the law allows, Beingcorruption Septic is not liable for loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Can These Terms Change?

Yes, we may update them at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
